Cavalli Models Africa began in Uganda in 2014 with a belief that promising Talent deserved access to professional guidance and opportunities to grow.
In its early years, the agency focused on modelling and runway development, helping young people build confidence, discipline and professional skills. For some, those lessons became valuable well beyond modelling, supporting their growth in other careers and businesses.
As the creative industry has evolved, so has Cavalli. Today, our direction extends beyond traditional modelling to commercial Talent, content creators, influencers, presenters and emerging digital opportunities.
Our goal remains the same: to recognise potential, develop capable professionals and build lasting relationships between Talent and the brands that need them.

We help brands find the right people for their projects while supporting Talent to build skills and pursue opportunities across different areas of the creative industry.
We value versatile Talent who may work across modelling, content creation, influencing, brand ambassadorship, presenting and LIVE hosting. Not every Talent does all of these, and traditional runway standards are not a requirement in every category.
